April Daisy Refund Policy (Compliant with Victoria, Australia Consumer Law)
At April Daisy, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our refund and return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure a fair shopping experience for our customers.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- The item is not marked as a final sale or otherwise stated as non-returnable.
- The return request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.
2. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to be processed as a return.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major defect, is significantly different from its description, or does not perform as expected.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:
- Contact us at info@aprildaisy.com.au within a reasonable timeframe after discovering the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the fault or issue.
We will cover the return shipping cost for faulty or incorrect items. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Earrings or other personal hygiene products (for health & safety reasons).
If a non-returnable item is found to be faulty, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Exchanges
If the product doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges within 30 days, provided the item meets our return conditions.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We cannot hold items for exchange, so we recommend returning the item promptly.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you will receive store credit.
🚨 Discount codes cannot be applied to exchange orders.
6. Store Credit
- Store Credit will be issued once the returned item is received.
- Store Credit is valid for 3 years from the issue date.
- Store Credit cannot be refunded once issued.
7. Shipping Returns
To return an item, email us at info@aprildaisy.com.au for return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for faulty or incorrect items).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
- If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will not be accepted, and the customer may need to arrange for its return shipping.
8. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary, and funds may take additional time to reflect in your account.
9. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- If a product has a major defect, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair at your choice.
- If a product has a minor defect, we may offer a repair or replacement before issuing a refund.
- We cannot refuse a refund for a faulty product based on store policy.
